Meet Your Instructor:
Pamela Sullivan is a certified Health Coach Practitioner and a dedicated educator with 29 years of teaching experience. With a deep passion for holistic wellness, Pamela guides individuals on their journey to healing through the foundational pillars of proper nutrition, restorative sleep, movement, grounding, hydration, mindset, and fellowship. Married for 38 years, Pamela and her husband are the proud parents of eight children and grandparents to seven. Her personal life reflects the same values she shares with her clients—connection, purpose, and vitality.

Pamela’s interests include walking, organic cooking, gardening, reading, hiking, and writing and directing musicals. She brings creativity and energy into every area of her life. A lifelong learner and adventurer, Pamela is currently preparing for one of her most meaningful goals yet: hiking the historic El Camino in Spain. With a heart for service and a mission to help others thrive, Pamela continues to inspire both in the classroom and in the wellness space.
