Please join Nikaline Iacono of Vessel and Vine and Little Ridge Farm for a class in which we’ll explore the versatile world of pesto. Pesto alla Genovese, utilizing basil and pine nuts, is the most well known example of pesto, but the buck doesn’t stop there!

We like to think of pesto more as a template which allows for infinite variations that can account for both personal preferences and ingredient availability. Utilizing farmed and foraged ingredients from Little Ridge Farm, you will explore the template, learn about the essential ingredient categories of pesto, and make your very own custom pesto to take home!

Workshop pass includes instruction, a sampling of pestos and other snacks, and your own pesto creation. Drinks available for purchase.
